On June 21, 2025, the VPSA-4000Nm³/h-80% purity oxygen generation unit undertaken by our company for a certain group company in Weihai, Shandong Province, was successfully put into operation.

This oxygen generation project started on May 24, 2025, with our company's construction personnel entering the site. It took only 29 days to successfully produce oxygen, while meeting the design indicators: oxygen purity of 80.5%, oxygen flow rate of 4508Nm³/h, and oxygen production active power consumption ≤0.3KWh/Nm³ (equivalent to 100% pure oxygen), etc. The performance parameters have received unanimous praise from the owner.
This VPSA-4000-80 oxygen generation unit is an old plant renovation project, which presented many challenges to the construction: large and heavy equipment could only be air-dropped from the top of the more than 30-meter-high plant; the owner's oxygen demand was urgent, and the construction period was very tight; there was no crane in the plant, increasing the use of cranes during equipment installation and piping.

In response to these construction difficulties, the construction personnel reasonably arranged the construction, overcame difficulties, and worked overtime and shift work. During the molecular sieve filling, 24-hour construction was implemented, ensuring continuous operation even when personnel rested, securing valuable construction time. Despite all difficulties, the owner's requirements for progress, quality, and safety were met, enabling the project to be successfully put into operation.
