On July 6, 2025, our company successfully put into operation the VPSA-800Nm ³/h-purity 93% oxygen production unit undertaken by a company in Shanxi.

This oxygen production project started on April 10, 2025, and our company's construction personnel entered the site for construction. On July 6, the oxygen was successfully produced while meeting the design specifications with high quality and quantity: oxygen purity of 93.5%, oxygen flow rate of 850Nm ³/h, comprehensive energy consumption ≤ 0.43KWh/Nm ³ (equivalent to 100% pure oxygen), and other performance parameters, which received unanimous praise from the owner.
The user of this VPSA-800-93 oxygen production device requested to debug parameters at different flow rates such as 750Nm ³/h and 650Nm ³/h. Our technicians worked overtime, shifted shifts, and continuously monitored the equipment, and completed the user's various requirements within the specified time.
Equipment Overview
At present, all devices have been fully started and operated, and the start-up process of each device has been smooth without major malfunctions or abnormal situations, achieving the expected driving goals. In the initial operation stage after the device is started, the operating parameters of each system remain stable, and all indicators are within the normal range, providing a good foundation for subsequent production or work.
