Oxygen Manufacturing: Understanding the Processes and Technologies of Oxygen Production

On one side of the membrane, oxygen can be separated through the membrane as air passes through the membrane due to the different diffusion rates of different gases across the membrane. The advantages of this method are simple equipment, low energy consumption, and suitable for oxygen production in small or mobile equipment.
3. Adsorption method: Adsorption method mainly uses the adsorption properties of certain materials to separate oxygen. At a certain temperature and pressure, nitrogen will be adsorbed by the adsorbent, and oxygen will flow out through the pores of the adsorbent. This method is suitable for oxygen production in small equipment, but its product purity is relatively low.
