The ozone concentration at the outlet of the ozone generator is 90-140mg/L. After using the ozone energy-saving equipment, the ozone concentration is stable at 85-135mg/L, and the total amount of ozone produced per unit time is almost unchanged, ensuring the basic requirements for ozone concentration in water and flue gas treatment.

Ozone water treatment
Ozone has the ability to disinfect and sterilize and decompose organic matters due to its strong oxidation. Ozone is often used as a disinfectant in water supply plants. Ozone not only has fast sterilization speed and strong ability, but also can avoid harmful by-products brought about by chlorine disinfection. In sewage treatment plants, ozone is mostly used in advanced treatment units to degrade difficult-to-biodegrade organic matters in sewage and improve effluent quality. The oxygen recovered by the ozone energy-saving equipment can be returned to the inlet of the ozone generator for recycling, and can be fed into the aeration tank for oxygen aeration of microorganisms, so as to improve the efficiency of water treatment and reduce the cost of water treatment.
Ozone flue gas denitration
Ozone, as a clean and strong oxidant, can quickly oxidize NO and Hg produced in flue gas to high-priced NO/N O and Hg. Gas phase oxidation combined with other methods can effectively remove SO, NO and Hg from flue gas. Ozone denitrification has the advantages of high efficiency, small footprint and low investment, but due to the high preparation cost of ozone, the cost of ozone denitrification is increased, which limits the popularization and application of ozone denitrification technology.
